Journeyman Lineworker
Job Description
The Hibbing Public Utilities Commission is seeking individual(s) for the full-time, bargaining unit position of Journeyman Lineman. Applicants must be Qualified Journeyman and must have graduated from a Technical Power Linework Training Program (technical school or equivalent). Job duties include the installation, repair and maintenance of power distribution lines, transformers and related equipment up to 23kV; and street lighting systems in the area served by the Hibbing Public Utilities, including on-call reporting requirements.
