Admissions Advisors Inspire Talent by encouraging prospective students to enroll in graduate, undergraduate, and certificate programs designed to help them launch, enhance, or change careers in a diverse, global market.
Due to our unprecedented growth, we are seeking talented professional Admissions Advisors to help Inspire Talent via telephone. Youll use a consultative, persuasive approach via a high degree of outbound calls from our fast-paced On-Line Student Support Center. Youll determine student eligibility, make program recommendations, and guide applicants through the admission process.

Job Competencies:
Knowledge of: key business results; job-related policies; different closing techniques; MS Word; MS Outlook.
Skilled in: verbal and e-mail communication; listening actively and attentively; lead generation; lead qualification; funnel development and management; opening conversations; building relationships with prospects; closing deals; consultative persuasion; presenting information.
Ability to: achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives; learn higher education products and industry; handle disappointment and rejection; adjust approach to the situation; maintain a high energy level; reach agreement through successful negotiation; resolve problems; think analytically; make a high volume of outbound phone calls; work independently; build relationships and partner with key business units.
Minimum Job Requirements:
2 years sales experience plus one year of college OR 5 years sales experience. Working knowledge of MS Outlook.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree. Five or more years of management and/or supervisory experience. Five or more years of inside sales and/or high commission sales experience. Telemarketing skills. Track record of achieving targeted results.
