Supervisor, Residential Field Sales Job Responsibilities:
Conduct door to door sales activity to all assigned addresses in territories issued by supervisor. (straight commission sales). Meet or exceed established minimum of installed sales as assigned by supervisor. Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activity. Complete all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain an accurate knowledge of product, procedures and policies of the department and Comcast. Attend meetings three times a week and any other required meetings. Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in work
experience and self-study.
Successful record of previous door to door sales experience preferred.
Ability to cooperate with other members of the direct sales team and other departments.
Strong verbal communication skills required.
Willingness to work prime time evening hours and weekends.
Must have own vehicle in good working condition and a good driving record.
