JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for sales of Aetna's Medicare product spectrum including HMO, POS and Supplement plans to Retiree Market in Berks, Lebanon and Lancaster Counties in PA.
Will be responsible for creating and cultivating relationships with local seniors and various senior organizations to promote interest and sales in Aetna's Medicare products.
Will create and carry out business plan for growth within territory and professional development.
Coordinating, contacting and selling Medicare prospects through various distribution channels on Aetna's plan offerings.
Will coordinate meetings in local establishments for Retirees and present information on Aetna's plan offerings.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals and Medicare growth within territory.
SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in Medicare Sales, Health Insurance Sales or Account Management.
PA Insurance License required.
Strong understanding of the Central, PA County marketplace requested but not required.
Good understanding of computer applications such as Microsoft Office products.
ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
This position works from a home office. (Recommended to live within the territory)
Valid PA drivers license required.
This position is eligible for base salary plus commissions with a total compensation eligibility of $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.
