The Department of Applied Mathematics and the Institute of Mathematical Modeling and Scientific Computing at National Chiao Tung University seeks applicants for two tenure-track faculty positions at the level of associate or assistant professors. Preference will be given to applicants whose research expertise are mathematical modeling, scientific computing and other related topics with important applications to science and engineering.
Applicants should have earned a Ph.D in mathematics, applied mathematics, physics, and other related fields in science or engineering. The appointment will start in August 2008 or even earlier as February 2008.
