Research Assistant Professorship
This is a non-tenure track position, normally renewable annually to a maximum of three years. This position carries a teaching responsibility of one course per semester, and the expectation that the incumbent play a significant role in the research life of the Department. The salary for AY 2007-2008 for this position is $53,500, the salary for AY 2008-2009 may be higher. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, mathematics education or related field, and evidence of outstanding research potential.
